Deaf people and the NHS | Bob Dylan Concerts | Guardian rift | The right bra | Crossword puzzle

Your report on deaf people struggling to access healthcare in the NHS (May 26) reminded me of an incident my profoundly deaf uncle said happened when he turned up at 11am for an appointment at an audiology clinic of the NHS. By noon he still hadn’t been seen, and when he asked what was wrong, a nurse said, “Oh, we called your name several times.”

• Call during concerts (Letters, May 27), why don’t more venues do what Bob Dylan does? He has been trying to stop recordings and photos for years. When you enter the concert, you must place your mobile in a wallet, which will then be locked. You keep the wallet with you and when you leave it is unlocked.
