“I literally said if I died and all these people were like, ‘Oh my God, you’re talking about if she died, how you’d find it funny.’ I’m like, “What are you talking about?” explained the resident of Perkasie, Pennsylvania.

“That’s something different with me — I just feel like people are constantly trying to turn things around and just pretend I’m this bad, horrible person and I’m not at all. I always try to find a joke.’

Furlan also spoke of the fans’ seemingly endless fascination with Tommy and Pam as a couple, calling it “strange,” 25 years after they finalized their divorce and went their separate ways.

She continued in the caption, “Pls guys I have to be joking, that’s how I handle it,” but the show would be flooded with criticism regardless, which led to her removing the clip.

The day after, the comedian defended her video, saying people were “mistaking” what she said about the Playboy cover girl.

Long before the TikTok clip, Furlan seemed hurt by comments Anderson made after a highly publicized altercation between Lee and his son Brandon, 26, who he shares with the former Baywatch star.

In a letter she published, the former Playboy Playmate called the rocker a “disaster gone out of control,” and laid some of the blame on Furlan, his then-fiance, writing how she “keeps him drunk — this is what he wants—someone to misbehave with.”

“In the beginning, people said, ‘Oh, she’s always been so nice to you,’ but they don’t know what goes on behind closed doors,” she said of the situation, adding, “I’m the one who got my husband sobered up and helped him stay sober.”

Furlan called Anderson’s accusation “so wrong and “so appalling.”

Furlan may have been referring to Anderson’s comments she made during an interview on The Howard Stern Show in January, where she expressed her support for her ex-husband’s marriage to Furlan.

When it comes to all the attention on the Pam and Tommy saga of yesteryear, Lee has let his wife know that he’s “very moved” by all the drama.

“We’re not living in the past,” Furlan insisted. “Everyone seems to stay in the past and talk about the past all the time, but we live our lives. This is our story. We don’t even talk about that because it’s not part of our lives.’
