The film tells the story behind the Veuve Clickuot champagne family and the business that began in the late 18th century.
Hayley plays Barbe Nicole Ponsardin-Clicuot who triumphs against all odds to create and introduce the world’s leading champagne brand.
Meanwhile, Tom plays Barba Nicole’s late husband Francois Clicquot leaving his vineyard to his wife after his tragic death.
