Tom Sandoval continues to fuel rumors of an affair with former castmate Billie Lee when she was spotted outside his Los Angeles home on Thursday.
The Vanderpump Rules star, 40, who has “taken pictures” of Raquel Leviss on the set of Special Forces, also recently admitted TMZ that both he and ex Ariana Madix are avoiding eye contact while still living together.
The transgender comedienne, 39, who appeared briefly in the seventh season of the Bravo series before leaving the show, opted for casual comfort when she was spotted outside Sandoval’s house.
The media personality wore light blue jeans and a navy blue button placket that was partially undone to reveal a plain white shirt underneath.
Lee slipped into a pair of white sneakers and tossed her blonde locks into a simple ponytail for a day out.

Billie initially joined the show in 2018 for its seventh season, but revealed in 2019 that she had made the decision to quit. However, in 2020, she later admitted that she had not quit but rather been fired.
During the seventh season reunion, Kristen Doute had wondered if Tom and Billie were having an affair while Tom was still with Ariana.
And during the recent Season 10 post-Scandoval reunion earlier this year, Lala Kent brought up the past, saying, “We need to reopen that case. It got cold and I don’t think it needs to be cold anymore,” per Us weekly.
During her time on the series, the former cast member had developed a close friendship with both Sandoval and his now ex, Ariana Madix.
In March, Tom’s affair with Leviss came to light, promptly ending his nine-year relationship with Madix. The following month, Billie took to her Instagram and explained that she wouldn’t be taking sides as the drama unfolded, the outlet reported.
“Tom and Ariana are my family. They have been there for me over the years and without them I wouldn’t be where I am today. It saddens me that people are so fixated on choosing sides.’
Lee added, “Both are human beings and they both hurt in their own way. There is a world where you can support both parties and be there for both sides and that is the world I choose to live in.
“There is no reason to keep it so divided. Ariana is happy and Tom is working hard on himself. I will continue to love and support them unconditionally.”

Soon after, Billie and Tom were seen spending time together, which didn’t go over well with some of the other VPR castmates. Both Ariana and Scheana Shay promptly unfollowed Lee on Instagram.
Last month in July, both the media personality and Sandoval were seen again at a spa day when Leviss officially left the psychiatric facility where she was staying.
Earlier this week, Zack Peter jumped to his Latest Reality Tea YouTube Channel to reveal that a source close to the Vanderpump Rules production stated that Lee would return to the show.
He explained that an insider revealed that “During filming so far, Billie has been approached by producers and they want her back as an ally to Tom Sandoval.”
Later on Thursday, Tom was seen leaving the Ziggy Hotel in West Hollywood, with some close friends in tow, including Billie. He wore tan slacks and a matching blazer with a large cut-out at the back.
The reality star also donned a semi-sheer black shirt and slipped into a pair of chunky-soled white Prada sneakers.

Earlier this week, Nick – who also competes on the show – jumped to his Viall Files podcast and claimed Tom, “sneaked in pictures of him and Rachel and he showed them to the cast, for what’s that worth.” You weren’t allowed to sneak things in.”
In response, Sandoval told TMZ, “I definitely didn’t show it as a badge of honor. I think I was fairer, you know, you’re very lonely in that place. There are no telephones, nothing.’
Shortly before revealing that he and Madix are avoiding eye contact with each other, we saw both Tom and Ariana keeping their distance from each other while filming scenes with the VPR cast at Belmont Bar in LA last July.
Other cast members, such as Katie Maloney and James Kennedy, also joined in on-location scenes.
Also last month, a source said Entertainment tonight that Madix ‘attacked’ her ex Tom during the shooting. “It’s filming for Vanderpump Rules and Tom and Ariana filmed together.”
“She’s cheating on him during filming and doesn’t have time for all his nonsense. She is becoming more distant and less bothered by him,” the insider continued.

After the split, which played out on VPR’s 10th season and the reunion, Madix feels “empowered and confident.” Despite those feelings, the reality star still refuses to film one-on-one with Sandoval for the series.
A separate source also told the outlet, “Tom and Ariana haven’t filmed 1-on-1 and she tells her friends she won’t. She’s made it clear she doesn’t want to film with Tom and is in a good place mentally, and filming with him will only cause disruption.’
Some of the cast recently took themselves for a trip to Lake Tahoe to shed their support for Lisa’s new restaurant opening in the area.
Ariana, who has moved on with fitness coach Daniel Wai, was notably absent from the outing and instead filmed “her and Katie looking for new employees for their deli,” the source added.
