Tom Sandoval opted for a romantic gesture when he welcomed new girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson to the home he shares with ex Ariana Madix on Monday.
The Vanderpump Rules star, 40, was pictured holding a lush pink and red rose bouquet in his hands as the model, 31, came to visit him while his ex, 38, was in New York for her Broadway debut.
Tom – who went public with the new romance last week – braved the rain in a black t-shirt, oversized dark jeans and a black hat as he carried the flower arrangement.
Meanwhile, Victoria – who was previously romantically involved with Leonardo DiCaprio – also opted for a casual look in a gray hoodie, black trousers, red Converse sneakers and sunglasses.
It comes after Madix sued her philandering ex-boyfriend over the $2 million Los Angeles home as they disagree over how to split the property.

Last Wednesday, Sandoval posted a video to his Instagram Stories of himself partying with Victoria, and they couldn’t keep their hands off each other.
In the clip, he was surrounded by girls until the brunette – who was previously romantically involved with Leonardo DiCaprio – threw her arms around him and planted a kiss on his cheek.
He also posted a photo from her now private Instagram of them mirroring each other’s cheeky grins.
Shortly after, sources close to the reality TV personality confirmed this TMZ that the couple has been officially dating for about a month.
Insiders told the outlet that their romance isn’t “super serious” yet and that they are just “enjoying their time together.”
In the video, he was smiling from ear to ear and laughing as he hung out with his friends at his Schwartz and Sandy’s cocktail lounge and restaurant in Los Angeles.
Victoria was once linked to Titanic star Leonardo, 49. The actor and model made headlines in the summer of 2016 after being spotted together in New York.

Last month, Madix sued Sandoval over their ugly war over their home.
According to the documents obtained by DailyMail.com, Ariana wants a “division by sale,” which essentially means she wants a judge to order them to sell the house to split the proceeds.
What she is fighting is a “partition in kind,” which would allow each of them to retain their ownership interest in the property, which could theoretically result in one of them selling to a third party.
The couple had purchased the home in the greater LA area for about $2 million in 2019.
However, their nine-year relationship ended with ‘Scandoval’, which found Sandoval involved in an affair with her 29-year-old boyfriend Raquel Leviss (now Rachel).
In August, the Buying Back My Daughter star explained why she hasn’t moved out in the comments section of one of her recent Instagram posts.
“I am living in my home that I own while working with my attorney and financial advisors to find the best path forward before I uproot my dog and my elderly cat and cause even more trauma for the three of us,” she told a follower.
Meanwhile, Tom accused Ariana of being “petty.” Two weeks after she filed a lawsuit to put their home on the market, he revealed that the actress rejected his seemingly fair offer for the property.
Their sprawling property has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.
“Ariana makes it clear that the fact that I want to keep the house is a psychopath move, but it is not,” the singer said on Nick Viall’s broadcast. The Viall files podcast.

In a teaser for the second episode of Vanderpump Rules season 11, the feud over their home continued as Ariana told Tom’s assistant that he couldn’t have his birthday party at their house.

“She’s petty and doesn’t want me to have the house,” he claimed. “That’s the small (move). “I’m breaking up with you, and I don’t want anyone to get (it).”
The feud over the house also plays out in season 11 of Vanderpump Rules. In a new teaser for the show’s upcoming episode, Ariana told Tom’s assistant that he couldn’t throw his birthday party at his house, and that if he did, she would “call the police.”
“That doesn’t happen,” she said. ‘I find that very disrespectful and inappropriate. If he wants to have a party, he can have it somewhere else.”
When asked what it was like sharing a living space with her ex, Ariana replied, “f***** stupid.” Meanwhile, Tom described the experience as ‘awkward’.
