Tom Sandoval confronts ex Ariana Madix twice in explosive Vanderpump Rules midseason trailer as she snaps that he wouldn’t care if ‘I f***ing died in a ditch’
After six episodes of completely avoiding each other, Tom Sandoval tried to publicly confront Ariana Madix twice in the Vanderpump Rules midseason trailer, which Bravo issued Tuesday.
The flirtatious 40-year-old physically contacted his 38-year-old ex-girlfriend at a black-tie event as she turned and stormed off.
“Ariana, wait a minute,” Tom — whose seven-month affair with Rachel Leviss resulted in “Scandoval” — said to no avail.
Ariana then walked up to a producer from the Emmy-nominated reality show and shouted, “He wants 30 seconds with the audience.” He doesn’t care if I die in a ditch.’
Moments later, Sandoval walks up to castmates Lala Kent, Scheana Shay and Tom Schwartz and says, “Ariana, she’s talking damn about all of you.”

Madix attended the chic party with her boyfriend from New York City, Daniel Wai.
The Chicago stage actor — who stars in the Broadway musical through April 7 — started dating the 38-year-old personal trainer the same month she ended her nine-year relationship with the Everybody Loves Tom podcaster.
“Ariana has good taste when it comes to men,” Tom admitted in the preview.
At one point, Lala asked Daniel what he would do if Sandoval tried to talk to him, and he replied, “I know what he did.”
In a beach scene, Tom Tom Restaurant’s junior partner tried to talk to Ariana again about “her rules” and she clapped back, “Don’t talk to me.”
Frustrated, Tom replied, “You’re talking to me!”
Sandoval seemed even more frustrated when he reunited with Jax Taylor, who was famously fired from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills spinoff in 2020 after accusing former co-star Faith Stowers of car theft and dating in a tweet the army had disappeared.
“You’ve been talking about me relentlessly,” the co-owner of Schwartz & Sandy’s Lounge said.

There’s a tense scene where Shay admits to her tearful husband Brock Davies, less than two years into their wedding, “I don’t think you and I are going to be together forever.”
