The 32-year-old lost her The Wanted star husband Tom Parker to cancer in March last year.
A source told the newspaper at the time: ‘Kelsey looked smitten and couldn’t wipe the smile off her face as she joined Sean and her friends for the date.

It emerged in November last year that Kelsey – who shared children Aurelia, three, and Bodhi, two with Tom – was dating Sean some eight months after her husband Tom’s death.

The pair were introduced by friends at a wedding in London’s Greenwich last October.
Sean was behind bars after fatally beating Shaun McDermott, 44, during a heated argument over a taxi outside the Havering Oak pub in Romford, Essex.
Sean was waiting for his girlfriend at the time to pick him up when an argument broke out with Shaun, who was knocked to the ground during the skirmish. Camera images later show how the electrician walked away from the scene.
Shaun was found on the doorstep by police around 1 a.m. with a cerebral hemorrhage. An autopsy revealed he died as a result of head injuries, with Boggans receiving a four-year prison sentence by a judge at the Old Bailey.
He had been drinking with two of his sisters Maureen and Kathy in the nearby Wheatsheaf pub before going home.

The widow broke her silence after it was revealed she was in the early stages of a relationship with new man Sean.
On the third episode of her reality show Kelsey Parker: Life After Tom, Kelsey talked about how she thought Tom would give her his blessing to find someone new, with the actress emphasizing that she’s still “so young.”
Kelsey met a group of other women who had also lost their partners.
When someone asked if she thought Tom would be happy to see her move on with her life, she replied, “We didn’t really have those conversations, but knowing Tom I feel like he would be happy for me.”

Tom passed away at the age of 33 from stage four glioblastoma brain cancer.
