Spider-Man stuff. Yeah, Spider-Man stuff.’

The Crowded Room producer star said ‘it was great’ filming their top secret scenes in Jon Watts’ widely acclaimed superhero three-quel, which grossed an eye-popping $1.922 billion worldwide on a $200 million budget.

Tom was especially relieved to finally have an in-depth conversation with Andrew, who he regrets never calling when he beat 7,500 contenders for the role in 2015 at the age of 19: “It’s because of my naivety as a child. .. I wish I ‘had called him.’

The former child star was “a little worried” during meetings for the next Spider-Man movie with producers and Marvel execs.

“The first few meetings were about, ‘Why should we do this again?’ And I think we’ve found the reason why. I’m really, really happy with where we are in terms of creativity,” said Tom.

Holland currently serves as an executive producer and stars as serial rapist Danny Sullivan in Akiva Goldsman’s gloomily judged The 10-episode psychological thriller The Crowded Room airs Friday through July 28 on Apple TV+.

“It’s not a milestone, though,” Holland noted.

“It’s not something where I thought, ‘Oh, wow. I have to play my first character with a different sexual preference than I have.’ It’s obviously a bit more complicated than that. It felt very important to tell the story authentically.”
