Tom Brady’s $17 million Miami mansion is taking shape as he prepares for a do-or-die Wildcard game against Dallas on Monday night.
Meanwhile, construction continues to accelerate as exclusive photos from DailyMail.com show property workers continuing to build the mega-mansion located on Indian Creek Island, ‘the world’s most exclusive township’ with just 34 properties available on 300 acres, all of which have waterfront views of Biscayne Bay, near Miami, Florida.
DailyMail.com got its first glimpse of the property last year showing construction in its early stages, but it’s clear from these new aerial photos taken on Sunday that production has advanced exponentially.
The palatial spot was meant to be the forever home for him and his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen after Brady brought his talents to Tampa Bay following six Super Bowls in New England.
Although on October 28, 2022 the supercouple announced their divorce, ending 13 years of marriage.

Brady will be a free agent after the NFL postseason, and given his new bachelor lifestyle, it is expected that he will continue to play. The 45-year-old won’t be rushing to a decision about retirement, relocating to a different franchise, or indeed staying in Tampa Bay, though.
He and Bundchen had made plans to move into the high-security enclave, dubbed the Billionaire Bunker, after buying the $17 million property in late 2020. They tore down a pre-existing 5,772-square-foot home on the lot and are building an eco-friendly mansion of latest generation in place.
Less than half a square mile in size, the island has been a magnet for billionaires, celebrities and power couples who have sought it out for its privacy and security.
Once construction is complete, Brady will be a neighbor to Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump, hotel mogul Jeffrey Soffer and billionaire investor Carl Icahn.
