Tom Brady’s $11.5m Miami mansion nears completion three years after the NFL legend bought land on the luxurious Creek Island with supermodel ex-wife Gisele Bundchen
Tom Brady's new mansion on luxurious Creek Island is nearing completion, almost three years since he bought the property with ex-wife Gisele Bundchen.
Brady, who called time on his legendary football career in February, has built himself a new bachelor pad in Miami that reportedly cost around $11.5 million.
The former Patriots and Buccaneers quarterback bought the area just over three years ago for $17 million with Bundchen, the Brazilian supermodel whom he ultimately divorced after 13 years of marriage in October 2022.
And judging by the recently released photos of the construction work, Brady's Miami bachelor pad isn't far from completion.
The garden of the mansion is starting to take shape, with a number of palm trees and a large lawn now laid out, as well as a waterfront swimming pool.

Brady's new property will also include its own basketball court, which is still in the early stages of construction, as well as a tree-lined driveway leading to a multi-car garage.
The mansion overlooks the water and has a golf course behind it. According to The Sun, it is protected by a private police force of 13 people.
His new neighbors in Miami are expected to include Amazon chief Jeff Bezos and Ivanka Trump.
Meanwhile, the extravagant Florida apartment where Brady lived after his divorce from Bundchen has been put up for sale by its owners for $15.9 million.
The seven-time Super Bowl winner moved into the three-bedroom, five-bathroom apartment in November 2022.
The apartment spans 4,103 square feet and is housed on the ninth floor of the luxurious Fendi Chateau Residences tower in Surfside, Florida.
It is believed that apartments in that building could fetch as much as $60,000 per month.
Brady recently went on a heartwarming ski trip with his three children, Jack, Benjamin and Vivian, and shared a photo of the trio on the slopes to celebrate Christmas.

On Christmas Eve, the retired quarterback, 46, posted photos of the Brady couple gathered in a ski bubble with the caption, “I'll tell you one thing, it's always better when we're together,” from the Jack Johnson song. Better together'.
The gang were all bundled up in their ski gear, including mittens, neck warmers, goggles and helmets.
He later shared a photo of Benji on the slopes in a camouflage ski jacket, with the caption “Lil' ripper.”
Meanwhile, he caught his youngest Vivian in action and filmed her zooming down the slopes before spraying her dad as she quickly came to a stop on the edge. “Hockey stop,” Brady wrote, alongside a red heart emoji.
