“They are ready to fight,” the source said. “It will take some time to distribute their immense wealth and possessions all over the world.”
The high-profile couple is said to be on neutral grounds regarding their two shared children Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, nine, who opt for joint custody. Brady also has another son Jack, 15, with ex Bridget Moynahan.

He had initially retired from his football career, in part to focus on his family – as he promised to spend more time with them as Gisele “deserves what she needs from me as a husband, and my children deserve what they need from me.” like a dad.’
However, a source confirmed to DailyMail.com in late September that their physical separation was unaffected by Brady’s move to rejoin his beloved sport.

His wife of 13 has not attended a single game of Brady’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers this season.
Brady announced that he would be retiring in February, only to turn around and reverse the decision a few weeks later.
“There have been problems in the marriage because of his decision not to retire. Gisele has always been the one with the kids,” the source told Page Six. “They had agreed that he would retire to focus on the family, but then he changed his mind.”
