Tom Brady’s NFL career is officially over, no matter how many times the media and fans try to resurrect it.

The future Hall of Famer reiterated his vow to step away from football at his unofficial retirement party on Thursday, which doubled as a promotion for his NFT brand, Autograph.

“There’s nothing I love more than football,” Brady was quoted as saying by Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times. “But I have little kids and they’ve seen enough of their dad’s games and it’s time for me to watch his dad’s games.”

Brady’s current retirement has already surpassed his first attempt, which lasted just 40 days before he decided to return for a 23rd NFL season in March 2022.

NFL Network host Rich Eisen recently suggested that the seven-time Super Bowl winner “might not finish,” only for Brady to immediately shut down the rumors on Twitter.

“Anyone who thinks I have time to go back to the NFL has never adopted a 2-month-old kitten for their daughter,” he said.

Brady’s daughter, Vivian, hacked into the former NFL quarterback’s Instagram account last month to share some photos of her newly adopted Siamese kittens.

Brady, who has two children with his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen, including Vivian and 13-year-old Benjamin, initially revealed that he adopted several kittens in early February.

“Vivi wins again,” the three-time NFL MVP shared on Instagram, along with a video of his new cats play-fighting. ‘Thank you @loganryan and @coolmbreezy this is my morning now. @humansocietytampa you are in good and loving hands.’

Brady has also expressed interest in the budding high school football career of his oldest son, Jack. Jack lives in the New York area with his mother, Brady’s ex-girlfriend, Bridget Moynahan.

His former teammate Rob Gronkowski has also shut down the rumors about Brady’s return, telling Boston.com last week that “Tom is definitely done playing.”

I haven’t talked to him or anything about it. I’m not speaking for Tom,’ Gronkowski said. “Just from everything I saw of his retirement video and everything I feel like he just finished playing soccer. However, it was very shocking when I heard that news the other day.

Brady is currently enjoying a sabbatical before joining Fox Sports’ NFL coverage on a 10-year, $375 million contract.

Vivian let her dad's followers know that she was the one behind the adorable feline snaps.

Vivian Brady, 10, shared snaps of her Siamese cats on her father’s Instagram profile last month.
