Tom Brady is gearing up for his first season as an NFL owner and returned to football, but this time to watch a game instead of playing one.

Brady, who bought a stake in the Las Vegas Raiders in May, attended his first game as a team owner in the preseason game against the Dallas Cowboys.

Before the game, the highly decorated quarterback spoke with a number of former opponents on the field, including Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons.

While Brady was speaking to someone prior to the game, Parsons came over and jokingly said, “He owes me something.” He owes me.’

Brady replied, saying, “I don’t owe you anything. You hit me too much. I don’t owe you anything.’

Just before the game started, Brady and main team owner Mark Davis met the Raiders in the tunnel; including Brady’s former Patriots understudy – Jimmy Garoppolo.

Brady told the team as they walked out, “Go ruin their night.” Unfortunately for him, the Raiders were unable to follow through on that suggestion.

Dallas outscored Las Vegas to win 31-16 as the Cowboys scored three touchdowns. Three of those involved backup quarterback Will Grier, rushing to one and throwing out two others.

Las Vegas only managed one touchdown on a 24-yard rush from Damien Williams. Daniel Carlson went 3-for-3 on field goal attempts.

The Raiders have not been as successful as some of Brady’s other sports activities. Birmingham City FC – playing in the second division of English football – have won three of their first four games; while Brady partied all the way.
