Tom Brady is in Dallas for his weekly NFL assignment with Fox, and the legendary quarterback enjoyed a night out during the Knicks-Mavericks game on Wednesday.
Brady, who will call Thursday’s Giants-Cowboys Thanksgiving game, was seen sitting courtside chatting with Mavs coach Jason Kidd.
The pair were seen shaking hands with Jalen Brunson at the free throw line, while Brady smiled during the brief interaction.
‘Two great passers-by’, one broadcaster said of the conversation.
Brady’s Giants-Cowboys assignment begins at 4:30ET.
The seven-time Super Bowl winner is in his first year as lead NFL analyst at Fox, and company executives have reportedly identified an area of improvement for him in particular.

According to John Ourands In the Varsity newsletter for Puck, the network’s powers that be want the 47-year-old to comment more on what he sees on the field and less on intangibles.
Fox invested a lot of money in Brady, namely a 10-year deal worth $375 million that he signed while he was still playing.
Nevertheless, executives are said to be confident that Brady can continue to improve in the standings.
Brady has received mixed reviews for his on-air performance after being heavily scheduled for his debut.
He has also received backlash following his official approval as a minority owner of the Raiders last month, which prohibits him from attending team meetings and practices (of other franchises) as most broadcasters are allowed to do.
He is also not allowed to criticize NFL officials or other clubs while in the booth.
Still, Brady has refined some of the silences and lagging responses on air and has made progress since the start of the season.
