Tom Brady made sure there were at least two GOATs at Flushing Meadows on semifinal night. He joined Novak Djokovic’s postgame before watching Carlos Alcaraz fight Daniil Medvedev.

Brady was absent from the Serbian’s win over American prodigy Ben Shelton this evening as he waited for his children to finish the school day in Miami before heading to New York.

US Open social media channels showed Brady meeting his friend Djokovic, who he watched from the players’ box during the French Open final.

The pair exchanged pleasantries before Brady introduced his sons Benjamin and Jack, and daughter Vivian, to the tennis icon.

It’s no wonder who Brady will back to win the US Open crown on Sunday, as he told Djokovic; “keep kicking like always,” to which he replied “(I’m trying).”

Djokovic asked the seven-time Super Bowl champion how he was doing and drew an “all’s great” from the future Hall of Famer.

After the interaction, Brady and his three children headed to box seats for the second semifinal between Alcaraz and Medvedev.

Like every competitor, the Bradys enjoyed the spectacle of the No. 1 and No. 3 seeds.

After his defeat to Borna Gojo in the round of 16, Djokovic discussed his friendship with Brady.

“It was a huge honor to have Tom Brady in my box for the Roland Garros final and sitting next to my wife,” he said.

‘I have been in a relationship with Tom for a number of years. We’re going back. I have enormous respect for him. His longevity, I feel like his way of approaching recovery is something that I think is a topic that interests us both.

‘We’ve talked a lot about that subject. Hopefully we will pick each other’s brains more often in the future.

“I respect the greatness,” Djokovic said of his friendships with Brady, Zlatan Ibrahimović and Nikola Jokic.

‘Especially the boys who have reached an unprecedented high level in their respective sports. Those are the kind of people you want to be around.

‘You want to learn things from them, because you never know. There are things that can be so inspiring, like in my relationship with Tom.’
