Tom Brady will enter the Hall of Fame as a quarterback, but he showed off his defensive abilities at a Fanatics event on Tuesday.

Brady was one of several professional athletes to participate in the company’s Merch Madness giveaway, which more than 100,000 underserved families claimed benefited Fox business.

With the initiative taking place in 30 cities across the country, Brady came to the event in Miami, Florida – along with Odell Beckham Jr. and DJ Khaled – and found himself defending one of the kids.

Brady played a light defense on his opponent, but charged when the ball bounced off her, then jokingly juke it on another kid.

There were also plenty of big names in New York.

And Russell Wilson appeared at the Frederick Douglass Academy in Harlem

Rappers Lil Baby, Meek Mill and A$AP Ferg came to Frederick Douglass Academy in Harlem, while Eli Manning, Donovan Mitchell and Russell Wilson also made the trip.

The event was also held at the Sixers’ Wells Fargo Center, and the team’s star, Joel Embiid, was in attendance.

Patriots owner Robert Kraft also attended the New England event.

Both Kraft and Brady paid tribute Tuesday to former Patriots quarterback Ryan Mallett, who died in a drowning accident at age 35.

Brady called Mallett, who supported him for two seasons, “a wonderful man.”
