Tom Brady has hired a private security team to protect his $20 million LA mansion as looters take advantage of the devastating wildfires to attack evacuated homes.
Brady is currently thousands of miles away from his home in Brentwood, in LA’s Westside region, as wildfires continue to devastate the area.
Fire crews are still battling four blazes in LA but are bracing for more destruction as forecasters predict dangerously high winds of up to 75 mph.
More than 100,000 people have been driven from their homes, while dozens of others are missing.
Ten people have been charged with crimes committed during the bushfires.
Nine people are facing felony charges in connection with home burglaries in the Pacific Palisades and Altadena, and a separate suspect has been charged with arson for intentionally setting a fire in the town of Azusa.
With such threats impacting areas affected by the bushfires, some A-list celebrities have decided to take action by paying security teams to protect their homes.
Private security was spotted at Brady’s $420 million LA mansion while he was away for the NFL playoffs, according to The sun.
DailyMail.com contacted Tom Brady’s spokespeople and said ‘no comment’.

Parts of Brentwood are in the mandatory evacuation zone, while other parts are under a warning.
The Sun reported that Brady was spotted on Saturday in New York City, on the other side of the country.
It’s unclear if Brady will have time to return to California to check on his home next week given his busy playoff schedule.

The Los Angeles Medical Examiner updated the death toll on Sunday afternoon, revealing that 24 people have now been confirmed to have died as a result of the fires.
Four fires have burned 100,000 acres in L.A.’s most affluent neighborhoods, wiping out celebrity homes and restaurants among 12,300 buildings.
The four fires still burning are Hurst, Eaton, the Palisades and the Auto Fire in Ventura County.

It comes as the NFL recently issued a security alert to all teams and players following a series of recent burglaries involving Kansas City Chiefs duo Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes.
Mahomes and Kelce saw their homes robbed in October, with the latter believed to have lost $100,000 in jewelry and his first-ever Super Bowl jersey.
Burglars reportedly targeted Mahomes’ Belton pad around midnight on Oct. 6.
Kelce’s $6 million home across the border in Kansas was burglarized shortly after on Oct. 7, the day the Chiefs faced the New Orleans Saints at Arrowhead Stadium with Taylor Swift watching in the stands.
Miles Bliss of the National Weather Service provided a grim update Sunday afternoon, warning that the strong Santa Ana winds that fueled last week’s infernos will intensify again.
“Critical fire conditions are expected during this time, so be prepared to evacuate when officials say so,” he said.
The weather is expected to contribute to another period of dangerous and potentially extreme fire conditions, which could worsen already burning fires and cause more new ones to emerge.
Los Angeles Fire Chief Kristin Crowley said, “It’s very important that the community understands that these wind events are coming.”
These conditions have prompted a red flag warning until 6pm on Wednesday.
Los Angeles County Fire Chief Anthony Marrone said authorities will not consider allowing displaced residents to return home until the warning is lifted.
“Unfortunately, those conversations won’t begin until the next predicted red flag ends on Wednesday,” he said.
“Rest assured, on Thursday we will start talking about repopulation and evacuation orders and warning areas,” he said at a news conference on Sunday.
