Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen will allow their children ‘full access to both parents’

The two children of Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen will reportedly be given ‘full access’ to both of their parents as co-parenting arrangements begin after the finalization of their divorce.

A source associated with Brady told People their two children – Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, nine – have ‘full access to both’ [parents]whenever they want.’

The insider added that the former power couple won’t stop their kids from spending time with the other parent, adding: “That’s neither of them.”

“They can see which parent they want. They have a schedule, but neither of them would stop their kids from seeing the other parent.”

“They have full access to both whenever they want,” the insider said, noting that the kids “adore” both of their parents. “They’re not that vengeful.”

The insider added that the children would not be used “as pawns” and would be “loved and cherished” by Gisele and Tom.

The latest update comes after it was revealed that the A-listers had an ‘iron marriage contract’ that allowed them to settle their divorce quickly, according to Page six.

The former couple — who confirmed their split in October — have an estimated combined net worth of $733 million, which includes a $26 million real estate portfolio and multiple businesses.

Brady and Bundchen reportedly enacted a rigid prenuptial agreement in 2009 that would protect their individual wealth and simplify asset distribution.

“A rock-solid prenuptial agreement was in place before they got married in 2009,” a source told the outlet on Wednesday.

“They both have their own separate business entities, so separating their assets wasn’t that complicated in the end. The only other important factor was the distribution of their huge real estate portfolio.’

It has been claimed that the NFL legend – reportedly worth about $333 million – will take full ownership of the $17 million mansion on Miami’s Indian Creek Island, often referred to as “Billionaire Bunker.”

Brady and Bundchen captured the waterfront property in 2020 before demolishing it and starting construction. The construction of the mansion is still in the early stages.

As for Bundchen – who is considered the highest paid supermodel in the world with an estimated net worth of $400 million – sources say she will keep their vacation home on Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula.

She quietly bought a modest $1.25 million home in Miami Beach in February and has also reportedly purchased a large property in the Miami area.

The former couple’s portfolio also includes: a house in the Bahamas, a house in the Yellowstone Club in Montana and the NYC apartment where Bundchen huddled as rumors circulated about her divorce from Brady.

Page Six’s source adds that the duo had “arranged the terms of the split and division of their huge real estate portfolio” before Bundchen filed for divorce on Friday, Oct. 28.

The divorce was finalized within hours and the couple are now officially single, according to TMZ.

They are expected to share custody of their two children, Benjamin and Vivian.

The alleged details of their divorce settlement come after PEOPLE reported that Brady was “really trying to mend his marriage to Bundchen” before the filing.

It was “too little, too late” an insider close to the footballer and the supermodel told the outlet.

The update comes as the mother of two is reportedly “doing well” after announcing their split.

The source added that the sports star was “trying to make things work and make things right.”

“But at that point it was a bit too little, too late,” the person revealed. “She’s given him a lot of opportunities to work things out, but he hasn’t.”

A three-page document issued by the court confirmed that the 13-year marriage has been “broken irretrievably.”

Gisele filed for divorce because she felt her partner “wasn’t as considerate as he should have been.”

‘That is what [Gisele] wanted: to be heard. And he didn’t hear her,” the insider wrote on the site.

When Bundchen, who was born in Brazil, was raising their two children – Benjamin and Vivian – the athlete was “busy following his passion.”

Brady also shares 15-year-old son Jack with ex Bridget Moynahan.

Someone familiar with the quarterback said, “When he’s in the middle of a season, [Brady] does what most NFL players do: live, breathe, eat and sleep football,” and “Tom is more like that than anyone else.”

Another source objected, “He was always there for her and the kids. Even during football.

“He’s an anomaly because he’s played for so long. Yes, he worked like any parent did, but he always spends a lot of time with his family.”

Meanwhile, the beauty and environmentalist is reportedly adjusting well to her new life.

Gisele is dealing with issues that have plagued her for a long time, said a source People.

And while it was “hard in the beginning, enough time has passed for you to get used to it.”

The independent runway star “has been living her own life for years while Tom played soccer, so she’s not afraid to do things alone.”

During this new chapter, she continues with the help of her offspring.

The insider emphasized that “nothing is more important” to Bündchen than the “happiness” of her children and that “they will be with both parents and have to get out of this.”

“You would never know she was going through a divorce from her husband,” the magazine reports.
