American comedian Andrew Schulz has revealed the reason behind Tom Brady’s anger at Jeff Ross in the ex-quarterback’s Netflix roast, claiming that all guests on stage were warned not to make jokes about New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft .
On Sunday, Brady, 45, publicly showed that he did not approve of Ross’ joke about Kraft liking “happy endings” at the end of massages, as initially reported in 2019, by going to the stage and telling the comedian ‘don’t do that again’, in front of the audience.
The moment was even compared to Will Smith’s infamous Oscar feud with Kevin Hart, who was among those at Brady’s roast, which included Schulz.
On Thursday, Schulz opened up about the incident.
‘Then Tom [Brady] I checked Jeff Ross, I think that was 100 percent real,” he said at first. “The reason I think it’s real is because they told us, ‘No happy ending jokes with Bob Kraft.’ “Because I had a Bob Kraft tag.”

Schultz added, “I had that joke about Randy Moss: ‘Randy Moss, you make Super Bowl Sundays the only people celebrating a happy ending with a priest.’ And of course the tag was Bob Kraft.
“And they said, ‘Tom asked not to do anything with the massage.’ I said, ‘Oh, cool. Like the guy comes here for this thing, whatever. He’s not getting roasted, he’s sitting in the damn stands, like eight.
“And then Jeff did it, and then Tom came up and he said, ‘Stop that shit.’ Or “Don’t do that again.” But think about it, this is the first comic to be roasted live, and it’s your night.
“He was willing to shut the whole thing down. That’s an alpha a** move.’

It was later revealed by former Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman that Brady’s Netflix roast made for an icy reunion with six-time Super Bowl champion Kraft and his former head coach Bill Belichick.
