Former NRL boss Todd Greenberg and his wife Lisa buy Buddy and Jesinta Franklin’s $5 million four-bedroom Rose Bay home

Todd Greenberg and his wife Lisa have snapped up some prime property.

The former NRL chief executive, who is now the head of the Australian Cricketers Association, has reportedly bought a house put on the market by AFL Swans star Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin, 35, and his wife model Jesinta, 31.

The prestigious eastern suburbs apartment came up for sale in November of last year with a price range of $5 million to $5.5 million.

Greenberg and his wife paid about $5 million in a private settlement made before the auction date last weekend, according to a report from real estate.com.au.

Domain previously reported that the high-profile glamor couple accepted an undisclosed offer for the four-bedroom, three-bathroom Rose Bay property after re-listing it to the tune of between $4.5 million and $5 million.

The Franklins bought the spacious off-plan boutique garden flat in 2020 for $5 million.

Located in one of Sydney’s most sought after harborside precincts, the 2,000 square meter house features a sleek, ultra-modern design by renowned architect MHND.

Features include marble details, herringbone wood floors, floor-to-ceiling glass interiors, and a private garden.

Additional highlights include a spacious home theater, dining patio, and spacious living room with gas fireplace.

There is also a beautiful spacious luxury kitchen with a breakfast bar.

Meanwhile, the master bedroom has a beautiful marble bathroom.

The Franklins are parents to two young children, daughter Tullulah, three, and son Rocky, two.

In November 2021, news broke that the couple bought a seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion on the Gold Coast for $10 million.

Buddy, who left Hawthorn to join Sydney in 2014 on a nine-year deal worth $10 million, re-signed with the Swans for another season in 2022.

Meanwhile, Jesinta announced last October that she signed a prestigious modeling contract with Seafolly.

Jesinta rose to fame in 2010 when she was crowned Miss Universe Australia and then married Buddy in 2016 after four years of dating.

In November it was learned that the couple bought Villa Casa on the Gold Coast, which has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms.
