Todd and wife Julie Chrisley are living ‘every day’ like it’s their ‘last’ ahead of prison sentences
Julie Chrisley revealed that she and her husband Todd live “every day” like it’s their “last” after they both received lengthy prison sentences for tax evasion and fraud.
While discussing how they plan to get through the remaining days before they are required to turn themselves in to authorities on January 15, the couple revealed how they are dealing with the reality of having to spend time behind bars.

“Age is just a number, and since we don’t know the date of our death, we have to live each day as if it were the last,” recited Julie, 49.
Her husband agreed, adding: ‘Yesterday doesn’t matter.
Today is what we have. Tomorrow belongs to God, because we are not promised tomorrow.
“The difficulties that I’m going through, how I deal with it, they’re also seeing it,” Julie said of her children. ‘If I handle it right, they’ll be watching; If I mess it up, they’ll be watching.

Breaking their silence: Todd, 53, confessed that they have fallen short as role models for their children.
This inspires her ‘as a mother’ to ‘try to make sure’ that she does ‘the right thing rather than’ the wrong thing.
She noted, “I know you’re watching, and I know it’s going to prepare you for the difficulties, unfortunately, that you’re going to have later in life.”
Todd, 53, confessed that they have fallen short as role models for their children.

“I think about the situation we’re dealing with right now, and I’m thinking about how I’ve never gone out here and hurt a soul,” Julie said. ‘I’ve never gone out here and intentionally tried to do something I wasn’t supposed to, and look where I’m standing now.
