Today star Sarah Abo shows off her push-up skills – while co-host Karl Stefanovic’s leave a lot to be desired
Sarah Abo appeared on Monday alongside co-host Karl Stefanovic and showed off her incredible push-up skills.
The 38-year-old Today star dropped to the ground during a commercial break to demonstrate how many times she could do the exercise.
Meanwhile, Karl, 49, showed his athletic skills left much to be desired as he leaned awkwardly over a chair to do push-ups while wolfing down a bag of chips.
The TV duo, who are currently in Paris to cover the Olympic Games, shared the hilarious video on Instagram.
“What happens during commercial break on set… Well apparently we* take inspiration from our Olympians,” Sarah wrote alongside a laughing-crying emoji.
It comes just days after Sarah sent temperatures soaring when she shared a stunning selfie of herself posing in front of the Eiffel Tower, sans makeup.
The TV personality beamed from ear to ear in the heartwarming photo as she made the peace sign for the camera.
She accentuated her natural beauty by wearing no makeup at all and creating a smart casual look in a white tank top, paired with black pants and white sneakers.

Sarah wore stylish sunglasses and let her jet-black hair fall loosely over her shoulders in loose waves.
The veteran journalist posed in front of one of France’s most famous landmarks, shortly before attending the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games.
Sarah enthusiastically captioned the photo: ‘The stage is set for the final phase of the Paris 2024 opening ceremony.’

Thursday night, a few days ago, Sarah made a fashion blunder during her work trip to France.
The Today co-host was recording a segment for her morning show on Channel Nine in the French capital when a guest revealed she had broken a key rule.
The presenter wore a simple white T-shirt and black jeans, with a gray scarf draped over her shoulders and covered her dark locks with a cream-colored beret.
But when she met Australian expat and podcaster Oliver Gee, he immediately noted that “only tourists and old men in the countryside” wear berets in France.
