The Syrian-born presenter has been married to her husband Cyrus Moran since 2012, and the couple enjoyed a romantic honeymoon in Bali, Indonesia.

Cyrus works as a trader at a Melbourne steel mill, helping to facilitate trade between Australian and international companies.

The couple, who have no children, quietly celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary in December when they attended the wedding of a close friend.

Both are graduates of Monash University, and Cyrus completed her BA in Art History in 2004, the same year Sarah began studying journalism there.
