Today show reporter Britt Cohen will travel to Italy with her NRL executive fiancé Aaron Warburton on Sunday for their Lake Como wedding.
The couple, who met on Hinge during Covid and got engaged in December, will tie the knot in an intimate ceremony with just seven guests.
The presenter said the couple knew they wanted a small European wedding and honeymoon as it is the second time they have both married.
“Aaron and I were both married before, so when we got engaged, we said we weren’t going to do the whole big wedding thing,” she shared. The Daily Telegraph.
“The original idea was just to have a really small wedding, but then you start making a guest list and you can’t not invite or not invite this person, so it was very hard to cut it down.”

Britt said they finally decided to get married in Italy and told their parents and siblings.
The couple also hosted a huge party in Sydney last week to celebrate with their friends who were unable to attend their destination wedding.
Britt announced her engagement to long-time boyfriend Aaron in December last year.
She shared the happy news on Instagram alongside a photo of her hugging her new fiancée, who is the Chief Executive Officer of the NRL Bulldogs.

The blonde beauty also wowed fans by revealing her impressive emerald cut diamond engagement ring.
She captioned the post with some heartfelt words, “Can’t wait to spend forever with you! I love you more than anything in the world.”
Brit has become a star on Channel Nine’s breakfast show after initially working behind the scenes.
Previously a producer for Today and Today Extra, she regularly conducts Hollywood interviews and covers red carpet events.
