Bikie boss Toby Mitchell’s wild party night of mysterious white powder and an exotic dancer at a posh inner-city penthouse – before cops shut him down …and he’s fuming

A former motorcycle club boss has hit out at Victoria Police after claiming 30 officers broke up his lavish rooftop party.

Former Mongols boss Toby Mitchell threw a party at the posh Cullen Hotel in Melbourne’s affluent Prahran district. There was plenty of alcohol flowing, an exotic dancer in attendance and one photo showed traces of an unknown white powder.

Throughout the evening, Mitchell shared regular information about the soiree, which was held in honour of motorcycle club boss Mark Balsillie’s birthday following his recent appointment as national chairman of the Finks.

In a photo taken from the luxurious penthouse, Mitchell, 51, shared a snap of iconic artwork at the boutique hotel, which is named after the late Australian artist Adam Cullen.

The photo sparked online reactions after observant viewers spotted traces of a mysterious white powder on the corner of a stainless steel bench next to a bank card.

Daily Mail Australia does not claim the powder was illegal.

To celebrate Balsillie’s birthday, there was also a performance by a drag queen who danced to the disco number ‘Dirty Talk’.

“It’s a different world now – bikers hire men to entertain them instead of women…wtf,” one social media commenter posted alongside a photo of the event.

Mitchell claimed that 30 officers stormed the hotel and closed it down due to restrictions on the number of guests.

Later that night, Mitchell posted photos on Instagram of police breaking up his party, claiming that 30 officers were at his front door trying to break up the event.

“And before last night’s drama, 30 police officers showed up with a booking for the penthouse. It said 70 people, no time restrictions, and absolutely nothing after 11pm,” he posted.

‘The police come to the door and say that only four people are allowed in the room.’

He claimed he had email receipts confirming the hotel’s guest limit of 70 people.

Victoria Police confirmed they attended the penthouse after receiving a complaint about loud music.

“Police responded to reports of noise disturbance in Prahran on September 21,” a police spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia.

‘Officers arrived at a hotel on Commercial Road at around 1am. The occupants were asked to leave the room and left after consulting with police.’

Mitchell is no stranger to the news. In January, a photo of him with AFL glamour couple Chris and Bec Judd at the Australian Open went viral.

In the photo shared to Instagram, Chris Judd smiles for the camera while sitting next to Mitchell, who shared the photo with his more than 300,000 followers.

However, his wife Bec ignored the camera and was photographed looking at her phone instead.

The photo received a lot of attention in the media after Mitchell shared it. He now works as an influencer.

He later defended the photo, claiming there was nothing awkward about the encounter.

“I wanted to let everyone know there was nothing awkward, there were just four people enjoying tennis,” he wrote on his Instagram Story.
