Tobey Maguire, 49, gets cozy with model Mona Tougaard, 22, in NYC – after ex Jennifer Meyer’s engagement

Tobey Maguire was spotted getting cozy with another, much younger woman on Thursday – a month after his ex-wife Jennifer Meyer announced her engagement.

The Spider-Man star, 49, walked down the sidewalk of New York City with one arm around 22-year-old Danish model Mona Tougaard, who is best friends with his friend Leonardo DiCaprio’s girlfriend, Vittoria Ceretti, 26.

The duo looked very friendly as they chatted during their quiet afternoon outing.

Tobey carried a to-go coffee and kept it extremely casual in jeans, a hooded sweatshirt, a baseball cap and Adidas sneakers.

Mona towered over the A-list actor as she wore a glamorous fur jacket, baggy jeans and walking boots.

The model appeared makeup-free with her brunette hair in a bun and designer sunglasses covering her eyes.

She carried a red shopping bag and later posted herself with more bags on her Instagram Story, suggesting the duo were out shopping.

Tobey and Mona were joined by some of their friends, including Roseanne star Sara Gilbert.

Ranked in the Top 50 on models.com, Mona is a force to be reckoned with in the fashion world.

She was scouted at the age of 12 and was crowned the winner of Elite Model Look Denmark three years later at the age of 15.

She is currently signed with Elite Model Management.

The 6ft tall beauty has starred in major fashion campaigns for brands such as Chanel, Marc Jacobs, Alaia, Bottega Veneta, Louis Vuitton and Versace.

Mona was only 18 years old when she landed her very first Vogue cover.

Since then, she has appeared on the covers of Vogue Japan, British Vogue, Vogue Korea and Vogue France.

Mona has also been dominating catwalks around the world since her debut for Prada in 2019.

Most recently, Mona walked in the Gucci Spring Summer 2025 runway show during Milan Fashion Week in September.

She was joined on the catwalk by none of her model bestie Vittoria Ceretti.

In addition to being good friends, she and the 26-year-old Italian beauty have collaborated numerous times over the years.

They walked the runway as a duo in 2022 and 2023 and recently starred in Tory Burch’s ethereal fall-winter 2024 campaign.

Vittoria has been in a relationship with Oscar winner Leonardo DiCaprio since August 2023.

Mona is the latest up-and-coming model to find herself in the arms of Hollywood Lothario, Tobey.

The 49-year-old – who turns 50 in June – was linked to a string of young ladies while on holiday in Europe and New York City over the summer.

He was first rumored to be dating 20-year-old influencer model Lily Chee after they were photographed together at billionaire Michael Rubin’s star-studded Fourth of July White Party in the Hamptons.

At that moment, Tobey seemed to leave the party with Lily, and his hand seemed to run down her back.

Lily has been working as a model since she was discovered at the age of nine, and lately she has expanded her reach to include acting roles. She is also a popular YouTuber with 1.5 million followers on Instagram.

When the photos of Tobey and Lily surfaced, he faced backlash online for apparently dating someone just three years older than his 17-year-old daughter.

But his ex-wife Jennifer Meyer quickly defended him, claiming he and Chee were “just friends” and that he “kindly” helped her out of the party.

Just three weeks later, Tobey was spotted with model-actress Tara Louise Wagner.

The age-gap couple was pictured getting to know each other at a pizza restaurant on July 24 in Saint-Tropez, France.

Tara has more than 23.2k followers on her Instagram account, which goes under the name @taralouwa, and on the social media account she lists her details as ‘certified actress’ and ‘model signed with’ the agency 2M, which is a extensive portfolio with images listed under her name.

The following month, Tobey was caught making out with bikini-clad model Babette Strijbos, 24, during a trip to Sardinia with boyfriend Leonardo and girlfriend Vittoria.

In photos obtained by DailyMail.com, the couple couldn’t keep their hands off each other as they took a dip in the water at the secluded part of a private beach in Porto Cervo.

The 5ft10 blonde bombshell hails from Amsterdam, Netherlands and has been featured in Vogue Japan.

Tobey has fully embraced single life since his ex Jennifer Meyer filed for divorce from the Pleasantville star in 2020.

The exes — who first announced their divorce in 2016 — married in 2007 and share two children: daughter Ruby, 17, and son Otis, 15.

Tobey and Jennifer have maintained an amicable co-parenting relationship since their divorce.

Last month, the 47-year-old jewelry designer announced her engagement to billionaire heir Geoffrey Ogunlesi, 33, after just over a year of dating.

She did this by sharing a pleasant moment with Geoffrey, who had his arms around her.

In the image, her hand rested gently on his, while the dazzling engagement ring – which he had chosen himself – caught the light on her finger.
