TJ Holmes confesses he wants to MARRY Amy Robach, admitting 'it's under consideration' as canned GMA anchors talk marriage a year after DailyMail.com revealed their secret affair

Fired GMA host TJ Holmes admitted he wants to marry Amy Robach as the flirty couple continues to air their love life on their self-titled podcast.

Robach, 50, said a wedding was “under consideration,” adding that the couple entered into a relationship “because we planned to spend our lives together.”

However, she continued, “We've both been through two marriages so it's not something we're racing or rushing towards.”

In response, Holmes, 46, joked about a “little box” waiting under the Christmas tree this year, saying, “I want to marry you partly because you're 50 and I'm 46. And I'm very I'm tired of to introduce a 50-year-old woman as my girlfriend.'

The 46-year-old posted a montage of the latest episode of the Amy and TJ Podcast to Instagram on Tuesday. In a clip from the question-and-answer-style episode, Robach, 50, revealed, “TJ told me he loved me before he ever held my hand.”

The marriage talk comes a year after the couple's clandestine affair was exposed by DailyMail.com. That led to their firing from Good Morning America and saw the end of both their marriages. Now the couple's exes, Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig, have started dating.

Callers grilled the former colleagues about their love lives during the Q&A portion of the episode.

When Holmes commented that it sounded “stupid” to refer to a 50-year-old woman as his girlfriend, Robach playfully shot back.

'Everyone knows that! But you're going to be 51 soon and I'll be 46. When you were in high school, I was in elementary school,” Holmes said.

According to Robach, Holmes has a habit of pointing out their five-year age difference.

In the final segment of the segment, Robach claimed, “I just learned more than I've ever learned, and not just about myself, about people I thought I knew.”

The duo announced their podcast last month via a joint Instagram post that read, “How is this Instagram official? #silentnomore.”

The first episode was released on December 5, exactly one year after Holmes and Robach were fired from Good Morning America.

The journalists were 'temporarily removed' from the show last year after rumors about their affair began to circulate. After an internal investigation, they were officially released on January 27.

DailyMail.com was the first to expose their entanglement, after photographers captured the duo at a retreat in upstate New York.

On November 10, 2022 – one day before the now infamous weekend getaway – the pair were spotted at O'Donoghue's bar in Times Square, hours after pre-recording their daily segment.

“They were absolutely crazy about each other,” an eyewitness told DailyMail.com.

“She giggled at what he said, and they looked at each other's phones. At one point she danced a little in her chair to the music and laughed so hard she almost fell on his lap.”

The next day, Holmes was seen leaving his apartment with a backpack and duffel bag, and, after a morning shoot, heading to a West Village restaurant near Robach's apartment.

Moments later, he turned the corner and walked up the block to where Robach was waiting to pick him up in her BMW convertible.

The pair embarked on a two-hour drive north of the city to the Shawangunk Mountains, where they checked into a cabin in the wilderness.

They left on November 13 and Holmes was seen grabbing Robach by the back as she bent down to pack the car.

On November 17, the couple reunited after the day's filming wrapped. Holmes met Robach, a stage 2 breast cancer survivor, at NYU Langone Medical Center. Later, Robach's girlfriend walked her dog while she and Holmes stayed at her apartment.

The duo was taken off air less than a month after the photos were published, although viewers were told the change would be 'temporary'.

An email memo was sent to staff in January informing them of the couple's departure.

“I want to share with you that we have made a decision regarding TJ and Amy,” it read.

“After several productive conversations with Amy Robach and TJ Holmes about various options, we all agreed that it would be best for everyone to move on from ABC News.

“We recognize their talent and dedication over the years and are grateful for their contributions.”

Robach's ex-husband, Andrew Shue, erased all traces of her from social media just days after news of the infidelity broke.

The couple married in 2008, following Robach's divorce from Tim McIntosh, and had a blended family with five children from previous marriages.

Likewise, Holmes and his ex-wife, Marilee Fiebig, divorced in December 2022 after reportedly splitting in August.

The couple welcomed a daughter in 2013 and were married for 12 years. Holmes has two other children, a son and a daughter, from his previous marriage to Amy Ferson.

In a turn of events, it was revealed on December 5 that the scorned exes had been dating for about six months.

Fiebig and Shue's relationship came to light almost a year later, with insiders confirming that the two became close following their exes' scandalous romance.

On Friday, the two got into his green Jeep Wrangler before heading out for the weekend.

The couple has reportedly bonded over the experience of seeing their marriage crumble so publicly.
