Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks was carted off the field during their game against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday night after falling awkwardly late in the fourth quarter.

After nearly taking an insane fourth-down catch at Acrisure Stadium, Burks fell heavily and didn’t move on the turf before medical staff put him on a stretcher and took him away.

The 23-year-old attempted a leaping fourth-down grab along the left sideline, but saw the ball slip from his grasp. He landed hard outside the track and appeared to be unconscious.

Medical personnel from both teams came out to treat Burks, the 18th overall pick in the 2022 draft. His face mask was cut off and he was placed on a spine brace as players from both teams knelt on the nearby turf. He seemed to be able to wiggle his toes as he was loaded onto the cart.

And as he left the field, Burls was captured by television cameras giving a thumbs up.

Amazon Prime Thursday Night Football host Charissa Thompson confirmed after the game that he has full movement of his limbs, but there has been no update from the Titans on the extent of his injury as of yet.

Burks also suffered a concussion as a rookie in Philadelphia when he was fouled out while making a touchdown grab in a blowout loss to the Eagles.

Tennessee suffered a loss at Pittsburgh that night, with Diontae Johnson recording his first touchdown since 2021 and securing a 20-16 victory for the Steelers.
