Tiny UFC champion Weili Zhang has left basketball icon Shaquille O’Neal speechless by lifting the hulking 300-pound basketball star off the ground – after shocking him with her punching power.

Zhang, 34, is only 162cm tall and weighs 52kg, but that didn’t stop her from approaching one of the most physically imposing NBA players of all time.

In video clips the strawweight champion posted to social media, Zhang approached O’Neal in the gym and agreed to hit him with a body shot.

Zhang landed her punch, but the straight right hand was enough to send O’Neal reeling in shock.

Once he recovered, Zhang showed off her amazing strength by lifting the cheerful four-time NBA champion with a single-leg strike.

Once again, O’Neal was shocked by the MMA superstar’s power and was left smiling afterwards.

In 2022, Zhang also ignored the laws of physics by picking up former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou, who weighed 132kg at the time.

Not only did Zhang lift the Cameroon-born knockout artist off the ground, she also balanced him on her shoulder like he was nothing.

A quick look at Zhang’s workout videos shows that she’s no stranger to punishing workouts.

The powerful fighter from Handan in Hebei province – who boasts a record of 24 wins and three losses in the strawweight division – lifts weights that many male professional athletes would be ashamed of.

In one particularly amazing video, she was seen pushing a barbell weighing over 400 pounds off the ground with powerful hip thrusts.

Joe Rogan said Zhang showed she is “arguably the greatest of all time” in women’s MMA after a comprehensive win over Amanda Lemos at UFC 292 earlier this year.

It was a statement win that cemented her status as the new face of women’s MMA following the retirement of former two-weight champion Amanda Nunes, but Rogan believes Zhang may have already surpassed the Brazilian star.

“It’s hard to say, but she is phenomenal and absolutely the best woman. She can do anything,” Rogan said during the UFC 292 broadcast.

“Her work ethic is nothing short of sensational. She is so driven and so dynamic that she can strike, she can take you down – she knows what to do, and when. She has so much experience now at championship level. She is such a killer and just dominated against Amanda Lemos.

“Man, Zhang Weili is something special. She is as good as any woman who has ever competed in the sport; she may be the greatest of all time.”
