A dazzling inner-city Melbourne pad that was once home to pop star Tina Arena is going under the hammer.
Located in Fitzroy, just 3km from the CBD, the two-storey, three-bedroom, two-bathroom terrace is listed with a price guide of $2.95 million – $3.2 million.
Tina, 56, sold the vintage property to the current owners in 2017 for $1.63 million, after purchasing it for just $1.38 million in 2015.
The buyers then focused on major renovations, reported the Herald Sun on Saturday.
Included in the updates was a completely renovated backyard that now features a ‘botanical garden’.

While retaining the vintage ‘Victoriana’ street facade, the makeover integrated the home’s classic architectural features into a new design to create an ultra-modern home.
Highlights include a stunning oversized kitchen, decked out in matte black and featuring a bluestone wall, stone breakfast bench and black taps.
The living space features an original brick fireplace, built-in entertainment unit and custom leadlight bar.

Other sophisticated design features include a glass ceiling in the dining room, exposed beams and an outdoor entertainment terrace.
Also striking is the striking use of color and the custom-made lighting in the rooms and fixtures.
One of the bedrooms has beautiful purple paintwork, while the sleek bathroom is finished in soothing aqua tones, with a black matte sink, shower and taps.

It comes after Tina Arena recently put on a glamorous display in a satin and feather dress at the 2024 AFL Gather Round welcome dinner earlier this month.
The Australian singer pulled out all the stops as she belted out some of her top hits to kick off the four-day football festival at Glenelg Foreshore.
Tina’s latest appearance comes after she sparked rumors that she secretly tied the knot with her partner Mattias earlier this year.
In January, Tina showed off what appeared to be a gold wedding ring alongside an apparent engagement ring while shopping with Mattias in Melbourne.

Tina was first spotted with an engagement ring in November 2022, when she wore the huge diamond while gardening at her Melbourne home.
According to Woman’s Day, she has been in a ‘quiet relationship’ with Mattias since August 2021.
Mattias is believed to be living with Tina at her home in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
Tina was previously married to her former manager Ralph Carr in a tumultuous relationship from 1995 to 1999.
