Timothee Chalamet tries to go incognito as he keeps his head down while out and about in NYC

Timothée Chalamet has been busy creating a new advertisement campaigning for Chanel around different New York neighborhoods in recent days.

On Sunday, the actor appeared to take advantage of some downtime and hit the town solo amid all the chatter about his love life and his rumored romance with Kylie Jenner.

She was nowhere to be found when he was seen heading to the busy streets of Tribeca in Downtown Manhattan.

While he was one of Hollywood’s top young leading men, Chalamet apparently felt shy and tried his best to cover his face right after stepping out of a building and onto the sidewalk.

Normally a man with a unique and edgy taste when it comes to his fashion choices, on this day the Academy Award nominated actor opted for a casual and sporty look in a green hooded jacket, black trousers and matching sneakers.

Showing his allegiance to his hometown of New York City, Chalamet also wore a NY Knicks cap over his dark locks, which is because the local NBA team leads the Cleveland Cavaliers in their first-round playoff series.

It looks like Chalamet spent part of his Sunday watching his Knicks beat the Cavaliers in game four in their streak to take a three games to one lead in the best of seven.

Then, to celebrate the big win, he took a picture of his Knicks hat and posted it to his Instagram Stories.

Once back on the street wearing his sports cap, the Dune star pushed the bill over his eyes, while also trying to cover part of his face with his hand.

He also had his eyes covered by his grown locks that fell to about the middle of his face and past his ears.

Without hesitation, the actor hurried out the door and began his brisk walk down the street with at least one male companion, who was either a friend or a security guard, holding his mobile phone tightly in his right hand.

Us weekly reports that Chalamet and Jenner communicate with each other almost every day, whether it’s talking, texting, or FaceTime.

“They have a very fun and flirty exchange between them, and he makes Kylie laugh,” a source told the publication.

For now, the couple feels comfortable keeping their new relationship “fun” and “casual.”

“It’s not serious,” an insider revealed Entertainment tonightadding that Jenner likes “hanging out with Timothée and seeing where it goes.”

“It was a lot of fun for her because it feels very different from her previous relationships. It’s new and exciting for Kylie and she’s having a lot of fun.’ that insider shared.

Not long after, Jenner pulled over and jumped into the backseat with her and her security guard, and they drove off.
