He cut his teeth as a producer on the gritty cannibal love story Bones and All, and will reprise that role in the Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown.
The actor has worked with a voice coach and, according to him, will sing some of Dylan’s songs in the film People.
“It’s kind of amazing because when you go from the Wonka character to Bob Dylan, it’s a completely different character, a completely different voice, everything — and he does it,” vocal coach Eric Vetro told the outlet. ‘He could turn on a dime. He is so talented that he can change roles very quickly.’
No release date has been announced for A Complete Unknown yet.
