‘Best fries ever made!’: Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards admits he eats at least 21 BAGS of hot fries a week, but it’ll probably draw the ire of his teammate NBA Karl Anthony-Towns, who once criticized the diet of young people.
Minnesota Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards made a shocking admission during an interview G.Q. who eats at least 21 bags of Chester’s Hot Fries a week.
The guard listed 10 things he can’t live without during the interview and made sure his beloved snack choice made the cut.
“The best chips ever made,” said the 21-year-old. “I’ve been eating them since I was probably like five years old.”

Edwards has averaged over 24 points per game this season in an impressive year thus far.
‘Probably like 3 a day. You do the math… What are those 21 bags? Yes, like so many!
Edwards’ latest comments will most likely not go down well with his teammate, NBA forward Karl Anthony-Towns.
Towns previously called out Edwards for looking sluggish on the court and blamed the constant amount of Popeyes fried chicken in Edwards’ diet as the reason.
“Maybe I can do a better job of teaching her how to take care of her body,” Towns said in October. Diet and all. That will be on me.
“I know everyone thinks he’s funny here when he talks about Popeyes and all that shit,” Towns said. ‘That doesn’t make me happy to hear.’

Edwards’ diet hasn’t weighed on his performances this season.
The 21-year-old has averaged 24.7 points, 6.1 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game this season as the team has clinched a 27-25 record which is currently good enough for fifth place in the Western Conference of the NBA.
Towns, on the other hand, has been sidelined since Nov. 28 with a Grade 3 right calf strain.
