Minnesota Timberwolves coach Chris Finch limped out of their NBA playoff victory over the Phoenix Suns after a brutal collision with his own player late in the fourth quarter.

With just minutes left to play in Phoenix, Finch fell to the ground when Timberwolves star Mike Conley dodged a challenge from Suns’ Devin Booker and moved to the sideline before crashing into his coach.

The 54-year-old immediately fell and appeared to be in visible pain as Conley tried to help him up, but both sets of players formed a circle around him as he remained on the ground in some discomfort.

After a few minutes, Finch finally got back to his feet and limped out of the arena with an injury to his lower leg, which is now being evaluated by Minnesota’s medical team.
