Tim Robards reveals what he really thinks of weight loss drug Ozempic as he shows off his muscular build after intense workout

Tim Robards has criticized Ozempic, insisting that taking the weight loss drug is the 'easy way out'.

The 41-year-old SAS Australia star told Ny Breaking Australia on Thursday that he sees some benefits in using the drug, but “it's a short-term solution.”

“I think there could be benefits for people who are quite overweight, but with all these things, if they don't change their lifestyle, they won't have long-lasting consequences,” he said.

'It's a bit like an anti-inflammatory. Sometimes people are so painful and inflamed that they cannot even recover. So if you have a short-term anti-inflammatory, you can do the rehab and let things heal.”

'The same here. If it gives you an opportunity to drive some change and change your lifestyle, then I think there might be some positivity in it.”

He continued, “(But) sometimes real results come from hard work and some people are just willing to take the easy way out.”

Tim said that the “easy way out” is usually a “short-term fix” and people usually return to their old habits.

'You have to change the underlying core patterns, processes, structures and behaviour. If you don't change, you will only fluctuate,” he added.
