Tim Allen, seen for the first time since Pamela Anderson claimed he showed her off on the set of the ABC sitcom Home Improvement, expressed his dismay at the actress’s poor memory.
DailyMail.com caught up with the 69-year-old actor while having a Starbucks with a friend last week, just days after Anderson, 55, was revealed to have alleged in his forthcoming memoir. With love, Pamelathat Allen opened his robe to show his co-star his private parts.
Allen told DailyMail.com: ‘She was a great co-worker, I can tell you. She is a fun girl. Everyone loved her, but everyone at ABC is a little disappointed in hers…memory of her, let’s put it that way. All of us at Disney/ABC, really.
Allen was dressed casually in a gray coat, jeans and a blue flannel shirt, adding: “She’s a good girl.”
They asked him before leaving if he had a good memory, to which he nodded stoically and replied: ‘Yes’.

The incident allegedly occurred in 1991 when the Baywatch star was just 23 years old and was playing the role of Lisa on the show, which centered on Allen’s character and her family in suburban Detroit. Allen was 37 years old at the time.

In an excerpt from his new memoir, Anderson writes: “On the first day of shooting, I came out of my dressing room and Tim was in the hallway in his robe.
He opened his robe and quickly showed me, completely naked underneath.
Anderson had previously posed for Playboy magazine at the time of the incident, which Allen used against her, she claimed.
She wrote: He said it was fair, because he had seen me naked. Now we are even. I laughed awkwardly.
But Allen has denied the claims, telling Variety it “never happened.”
He added: “I would never do such a thing.”
Before breaking out as a mainstream star in the ’90s, Anderson had appeared in such comedies as Married… with Children, Charles in Charge, and Top of the Heap.
He appeared in a total of 22 episodes of Home Improvement in its first and second seasons between 1991 and 1992.

Last week, a home improvement reel was unearthed showing Allen lifting his kilt in front of his on-screen wife, Patricia Richardson, who appears to laugh at the incident.
The video casts doubt on Allen’s statement that he would “never do such a thing” when Anderson accused him of also flaunting her on set.
However, Richardson has insisted that her co-star was “well dressed” under the kilt and was wearing a pair of boxer shorts.
The clip opens by showing Allen standing proudly in the kilt, while Richardson’s character Jill Taylor quips, “It hangs down a lot, I just wish it was shorter.”
Seconds later, Allen turns to lift the kilt all the way up so only Richardson can see it. She gasps dramatically as the live studio audience roars with laughter.
But Richardson said TMZ: ‘People ask me what was under the kilt when he showed me, he was well dressed underneath, I was surprised he lifted the kilt up, not by a man in his underpants.’
Anderson’s forthcoming memoir, published by HarperCollins, also looks at her thoughts on the 2022 Hulu series Pam and Tommy, which centered on her sex tape scandal with ex-husband Tommy Lee.
