TikTok star Taylor Rousseau Grigg dead at 25: Heartbroken husband shares news of beloved influencer’s ‘sudden’ death
TikToker Taylor Rousseau Grigg tragically passed away on Saturday from a mysterious illness, just a month after celebrating her 25th birthday.
“Over the past year, Taylor has faced more pain and suffering than most people experience in a lifetime. And despite that, she has still been so light and always brought joy to everyone around her,” her husband Cameron Grigg announced. Instagram.
“Her earthly body is still here and we are being controlled by machines to keep her organs viable for donation. More than anything, Taylor would want to know that she continues to save lives even after she is gone from this world.”
The 24-year-old avid hunter added, “She is no longer in pain, but her body is made whole in the name of Jesus. We can praise God that she will endure no more suffering and that she is truly freed from these earthly chains! She is whole and perfectly made! I’m clinging to the fact that I know we’ll see her again! And we’ll get to spend all of eternity together!’
Due to the ‘sudden and unexpected’ nature of the content creator’s death, Cameron has a GoFundMe to cover hospital and funeral costs, which has already raised $24,213 of a $100,000 goal from 438 donations.

Her husband Cameron Grigg (L, pictured March 16) announced on Instagram: ‘Over the past year, Taylor has dealt with more pain and suffering than most people experience in a lifetime. And despite that, she has still been so light and always brought joy to everyone around her.”
“We are working on organizing a benefit in Taylor’s honor as she would like everyone who loved her to celebrate her life,” Grigg revealed.

Taylor fell ill shortly after her Aug. 19, 2023, wedding to the rodeo bull rider, but she never revealed her diagnosis because she didn’t want to be bombarded with advice and miracle cures from her 1.6 million social media followers.
“I feel like I have to fight to live, to be here,” Rousseau continued TikTok on August 8.
“And it just sucks because I’m 24 years old. I should be in my prime! I should be able to carry my suitcase up the stairs. I should be able to walk or run to the mailbox. And those are exactly the things I can’t do right now.’
And on March 16, the founder of Geaux Sauvage revealed she was hospitalized and put on a V60 ventilator “after a life of struggle [and] near-death experiences.’
Taylor’s big sister Bailey Wagner shared one Instagram slideshow in which she promises to continue her legacy: ‘From holding you when you came home from the hospital for the first time to holding you when you left the hospital for the last time… and holding you all the times in between. My beautiful little girl, I’m just not ready to let go yet.”
Rousseau’s finale TikTok post on September 26 was dedicated to taking her beloved Pit Bull, Baby, to the vet.
The Texan – who also owned Sauvage Lashes – is also survived by her younger sister Trinity Rousseau.
