TikTok star Rabih Houchar faces court, accused of bashing and allegedly threatening to kill influencer girlfriend Tara Eslami

A TikTok star accused of violently assaulting his influencer girlfriend by grabbing her by the hair, punching her multiple times in the face and threatening to kill her has been released on bail.

Rabih Houchar, 26, known as @Dior_onma_body to his 16,800 followers, appeared in the NSW Supreme Court on monday, where he pleaded not guilty to domestic violence causing bodily harm, destruction or damage to property and stalking or intimidation of Tara Eslami on June 16.

Houchar’s lawyer, Ertunc Ozen SC, applied for bail subject to house arrest. Judge Robert Allan Hulme granted the application.

The Public Prosecution Service stated that there was an unacceptable risk that Houchar would carry out his alleged threat to ‘kill’ Ms Eslami.

But justice Hulme found that the conditions of home detention, including daily reporting to police and an internet ban, were sufficient to limit the risks to Ms Eslami and the community.

A A $20,000 bond must also be entered, Daily Telegraph reported.

Court documents show Houchar was in an on-again, off-again relationship with fellow TikToker Eslami when they returned from lunch at the Vibe Hotel in Sydney on June 16th.

While Eslami was texting her friend, Houchar allegedly told her, “I don’t like the girls you’re hanging out with.” He later accused her of talking to other men.

Alleged facts state that Houchar forcibly took her phone and broke the screen.

Ms Eslami picked up the phone and reportedly said: ‘I’m going to call the police. I should have done this sooner.’

Houchar allegedly tried to apologize, saying, “Let’s buy you a new phone.” After an intimate moment, he said, “Then we can go our separate ways after this, you don’t have to go to the police.”

A further argument ensued, with police claiming Houchar grabbed her arm as she tried to leave, while Ms Eslami said: ‘I’m not scared of you… I’m going to the police… I have audio recordings from before.’

As she packed her bags and walked toward the front door, Houchar was accused of ripping her shirt and dragging her by her hair.

He allegedly punched Ms Eslami, causing her lip to bleed and a lump to her forehead, before hitting himself on the head.

After Eslami Houchar hit his head with a cold object, he was restrained.

When she was back in bed, she is said to have said: ‘Fuck off, please leave me alone… I never want to see you again’.

Houchar allegedly struck her again on the head as she screamed for him to stop. He then responded, “Stop? I’m going to jail.”

Mrs Eslami is said to have bitten him on the arm and then texted her sister ‘help’ and ‘police’.

Houchar apologized but then threatened Ms Eslami.

“I will never let you go, I will kill you before you leave,” he is said to have told her.
