TikTok star Kyle Roth died of “natural causes,” according to an autopsy report released four months after her sudden death.
The online creator, who had amassed nearly 200,000 followers for her juicy celebrity gossip, had an irregular heartbeat caused by scarring on the heart, a condition known as cardiac arrhythmia due to myocardial fibrosis.
Toxicology reports showed there was no alcohol in her blood when she died, at age 36.
According to the U.S. government, she tested positive for diphenhydramine, an antihistamine often marketed as Benadryl. TMZ.
During her TikTok videos, Kyle commented on entertainment news, using her signature catchphrase, “You want more? I’ll show you more.”

Kyle had spoken openly about her health struggles in recent years, especially after her battle with colon cancer.
Her tragic death was made public by her mother, Jacquie Cohen Roth, who released a short statement on LinkedIn.
‘This is not a platform to share my personal lives, but I have had connections on this platform for years and I need to share this terrible loss with you.
‘My daughter Kyle has passed away. She has touched some of your lives personally and some of your lives through her immense life on another platform.
“Kyle loved and lived fiercely. Nothing makes sense now and we will understand more in the days to come. Please be kind to each other.”
