TikTok influencer Lorenzo Delle Femmine has died suddenly at the age of 40 after reportedly collapsing in front of his children.

The Italian star, who documented his family life for his 1.8 million TikTok followers, died of cardiac arrest on Monday.

Femmine, known on TikTok as Mister Pella Pazzo, was reportedly playing with his three young children at their flat in Casalnuovo di Napoli, near Naples, Italy, when he started feeling unwell.

According to local media reports, the 40-year-old fell to the ground in front of them before being rushed to hospital in nearby Acerra.

But medics were unable to save his life and he was pronounced dead on Monday, confirmed his wife Assunta, who starred alongside Femmine in the TikTok videos.

Lorenzo had been hospitalized last month due to a sudden illness.

After being discharged a few days later, he revealed that he had been diagnosed with labyrinthitis – an infection of the inner ear that affects balance.

The father of three had used his TikTok account to document his daily life with his children and wife.

His often ostentatious lifestyle – a lifestyle of luxury vehicles and expensive suits – made him something of an anti-hero.

Before his death, Assunta had posted a video telling his 1.7 million followers: “Good morning everyone. Lorenzo is not doing well at the moment. He sends everyone a kiss.

‘Between tomorrow and the day after tomorrow he will answer everyone.’

But her message was quickly followed by news of his death. She wrote on Instagram: ‘I feel so bad. I can not believe it.’
