TikTok influencer Gabbie Egan, 24, is arrested after smacking a waitress and then headbutting a cop on a wild night out in Nashville

A TikTok star and former teen mother was arrested for “assaulting a waitress” and headbutting a cop during a rowdy trip to Nashville.

Gabbie Egan, 24, is known for her TikTok account @bbyegan_, which has amassed more than 4.6 million followers. The Ohio woman went viral on ‘MomTok’ for sharing the contents of the four children she had after she was first born ‘whipped’ at just 13 years old.

She was arrested after recently causing a fightdull weekend‘ trip to Nashville, where she was joined by a large group of friends.

The mother of four was accused of attacking multiple waitresses at Rippy’s Honky Tonk on Nashville’s iconic Broadway Street around 10:45 p.m. Saturday.

Witnesses said Egan punched a waitress after the two encountered each other while the waiter was bringing food to a table.

According to a statement obtained by The sunone of the victims was trying to “bring food to the table” when the suspect, Egan, “bumped into her, almost causing her to fall.”

‘The suspect said: ‘You have to be careful;’ But before the waitress could say anything, the suspect struck the victim on the right side of her head with her left hand,” the report said.

“The waitress contacted security about the incident and the suspect was detained pending the officer’s arrival.

“While officers were speaking with the victim, two independent witnesses contacted officers who stated that the suspect had pushed another waitress and was actively threatening other people in the establishment,” the report continued.

The night came to an end when Egan was thrown out of the Honky Tonk and taken into custody.

Egan is said to have caused further problems by arguing with police officers.

“While attempting to take the suspect into custody, the suspect lunged headfirst and struck a Metro officer in the lower lip, causing swelling,” officers noted in the arrest affidavit.

Additionally, “After striking the officer in the head, she used her right foot to strike the same officer in the right thigh.”

No arrest has been confirmed by police, but Egan’s mugshot appeared online a few days after the reported incident.

Egan was active on her social media accounts just two days after the arrest, posting a video to her TikTok account of herself getting ice cream and cooking pasta for her children.

People quickly flocked to her comments section to demand answers.

“Who’s here, from the Nashville Scoop mugshot,” one user wrote.

“Can we please talk about the Nashville mugshot,” said another.

“Someone tag me when the waitress posts her story, lmao,” one comment read.

This isn’t Egan’s first run-in with the law. In 2021, she was arrested for trying to kick a Las Vegas police officer and security guard in the testicles.

Egan got into a fight with police and security on July 24 when they tried to kick her out of The Cosmopolitan for yelling at customers.

She made violent threats and yelled at officers before being arrested and charged with two counts of battery.

Egan rose to fame by sharing the story of her teenage pregnancy. She said the story behind her 13-year pregnancy was meeting and falling for a 16-year-old when she was very young.

“I was 13 years old, I was naive and I started dating a 16-year-old man,” she explained.

Egan was in year seven and the father of her child was in year 10 when they met.

“He got me pregnant and left, and he hasn’t been a part of my son’s life since,” she said.

The mother shared a photo of her and her son in the hospital after she gave birth to him in 2014. She then shared a current photo of her with her son.

“Don’t be a teen mom, okay, because your baby daddy won’t be that bad,” she added.
