TikTok star and mother of six Deborah Finck made a heartbreaking confession that she “didn’t want to go” just hours before she died from leiomyosarcoma, a rare soft tissue cancer.
Deborah shared a video just two days ago, giving her TikTok fans a final message before her death was announced by her daughter Katerina on Tuesday.
‘I sit here and I think: why me? You know, what have I done in this world to make a difference? And maybe this was my goal,” Deborah said through tears, in response to a user who had helped Deborah with suicidal thoughts.
‘Unfortunately, I don’t want it to end like this. But I’m so happy and so honored that you listened to me. I hugged you and you listened to me, and I will hold you too.”
The 57-year-old mother of six – three sets of twins – told the user they had “so much to live for.”
“I’m very sorry about your son, I really am, and I don’t know why he did what he did, but I know he’s in a good place. And I know one day I’ll be in a good place, but I don’t want to be. And I don’t want you to be either. You have a family, you have children.
“Take care of them,” she said, before heartbreakingly confessing that she “didn’t want to go anywhere.”
Her daughter, Katerina, announced her death after posting on TikTok and Instagram.

One of Deborah’s greatest gifts was her incredible dedication as a mother to our six children: Amanda, Alexandra, Stephen, Katerina, David and Daniel. She poured her heart and soul into raising them and instilled in them her values of kindness, integrity and resilience.
She was their biggest cheerleader, their guiding light, and their constant source of unconditional love. Her impact on their lives is immeasurable, and her legacy will live on through them.
