Tiger Woods has been spotted practicing his swing at Pebble Beach, as he hosts his return to competitive golf after spending half a year on the sidelines following ankle surgery in April.
The 47-year-old had golf fans in a frenzy on Saturday night after footage of the former World No 1 hitting balls went viral on social media.
Woods was spotted waiting for his young son, Charlie, 14, at the Last Chance Regional last month.
He also joined Rickie Fowler and Will Zalatoris on a practice range in September, juggling golf balls and hitting chip shots.
But in the latest video from the 15-time major champion, Woods can be seen hitting a wedge shot to a par-3 hole.

His highly anticipated return to competitive golf is earmarked for December at the PNC Championship. Woods hopes to play at the tournament soon with his teenager, Charlie.
Walt Disney’s ESPN has secured the US broadcast rights to TGL, a new primetime golf league created by Woods and Rory McIlroy, it was announced this past Thursday.
Fusing technology and live action in a two-hour match format, TGL features 18 PGA Tour players divided into six teams, one of which is owned by Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian and his tennis Hall of Fame wife Serena Williams.
ABC will air a preview show on Dec. 30, while the first game will air on the ESPN network and ESPN+ streaming service during primetime on Jan. 9, the night after the College Football Playoff National Championship.

Meanwhile, Davis Love III suggested earlier this week that Woods is next in line to lead the Americans at the Ryder’s Cup, which they lost on the road for the seventh straight time this year.
Woods, who played in eight Ryder Cups, played in 37 matches and finished with a career record of 13 wins, 21 losses and three halves, was nowhere near Rome for this year’s edition of the tournament.
He is still recovering from nagging injuries stemming from arthritis, which he developed after a serious car accident in 2021.
Since then, the Hall of Fame golfer has struggled to walk around PGA-sponsored courses.
He suffered multiple leg injuries and underwent surgery for life-threatening injuries in the wreck a little more than two years ago in Rancho Palo Verdes, California.
