Tiger Woods gives four-word verdict on YouTube star Grant Horvat after golf legend was asked to give advice
Tiger Woods had a hilarious reaction when YouTube golfer Grant Horvat asked for advice.
The 15-time champion recently spent a day with Horvat, one of the sport’s biggest online personalities.
The YouTuber previously played with Phil Mickelson, Tony Finau, John Daly Jr., among others. and NFL star Josh Allen.
On Tuesday, Horvat posted a video with Woods in which the former world number 1 gave him tips on how to get into the woods.
Their first lesson was on hitting the ground “because that’s something I struggle with,” Horvat said.
‘For me, height is a problem when I come straight off the deck. So getting higher, I don’t know if it’s the ball position, the path or what it is,” he told Woods.

The YouTuber then smoked a shot across the fairway. After watching the ball fly for a few seconds, Woods simply responded, “What’s wrong with that?” The former world number 1 then chuckled. “What’s wrong with that?” he repeated.
The video emerged on Tuesday, just hours before Tiger and Rory McIlroy launched their new TGL venture.
TGL, which was initially set to launch in January, will see some of golf’s best players play against each other in a semi-virtual competition in a purpose-built arena in Florida.
The teams of three tee off from a real grass tee box to a gigantic simulator screen measuring 20 by 15 meters. Their approach shots can be taken from the natural grass, rough or sand fairway. They then go to a specially designed green for chip shots and putts.
On Tuesday’s opening night, the New York Golf Club – featuring Rickie Fowler, Matt Fitzpatrick and Xander Schauffele – will face the Bay Golf club, featuring Ludvig Aberg, Shane Lowry and Wyndham Clark.
