Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend, who is suing him to nullify a non-disclosure agreement she says she was forced to sign, filed a separate case against his confidant in October for kicking her out of their shared home and is now seeking $30 million for the emotional charge. injury.
Erica Herman, 39, alleges in court documents obtained by DailyMail.com that agents working for Woods persuaded her to leave the $48 million home to go on a short vacation, but when she arrived at the airport, they told her that she was locked out of the premises.
Herman claims that Woods’ representatives took $40,000 of her money and made “villainous and slanderous accusations” about how she got the money.
She is demanding more than $30 million for what she says is “dereliction of duty” that has caused her “serious” emotional damage.
According to Herman, she could have lived in the Hobe Sound, Florida home for another five years, but Woods used “cheating” after breaking up with her in October.

The complaint says she provided “valuable services” as part of an “oral lease agreement” at Woods’ request. Herman says this gave her the right to live in the property for a ‘specified amount of time’
DailyMail.com has contacted attorneys for Woods and Herman.
Herman sued Tiger’s trust – the Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust – which is the legal owner of his mansion in Hobe Sound, where the two lived together for six years.
The complaint says she provided “valuable services” as part of an “oral lease agreement” at Woods’ request.
Herman says this gave her the right to live in the property for a ‘specified amount of time’.
The lawsuit, filed as a trust suit, reads: ‘All expenses related to (Herman’s) residency were paid in full by the defendant or his private persons.
“This agreement was fully enforced during the six-year period prior to the events giving rise to this lawsuit.
“The duties performed by Plaintiff were extensive and of an extraordinary nature in light of the general circumstances and environment in which she lived.”
According to Herman, there were five years left on the verbal agreement for her to live in the property when Woods engaged in “prohibited practices.”
Herman alleges in separate legal documents that an NDA she was required to sign was improperly imposed on her, citing the Speak Out Act.
The law states that a non-disclosure agreement is not enforceable if it was agreed before a dispute about sexual assault or sexual harassment.
And Herman said in the filing that she is being pressured to remain silent and comply with the NDA by Woods’ private trust.
The couple were last seen together at the US Open in August 2022
In the document, his lawyers said that after Woods ended the relationship, Herman was told she was “no longer welcome” at the property
The documents filed in October say the “prohibited practices” engaged in by Woods resulted in “serious actual, consequential, and severe emotional harm” to Herman and were carried out “intentionally, with premeditation, and premeditation.”
The lawsuit reads: ‘Mostly through deceit, agents of the defendant convinced the plaintiff to pack a suitcase for a short vacation and when she arrived at the airport told her she was locked out of the residence.
They then told her she was not allowed to return and, with no legal advice to help her through this emotional moment, engaged a lawyer to confront her with proposals to resolve the misconduct they were committing.
The defendant’s agents attempted to justify their unlawful conduct by paying for a hotel room and certain expenses for a short period of time, after they (Herman) successfully locked out her home and deterred her from returning.
“Since then, Plaintiff has continually demanded to be allowed back into her home, but Defendant’s agents have refused.
“Worse, the defendant’s agents removed the plaintiff’s personal effects from her residence and misappropriated more than $40,000 in cash belonging to her, making gross and defamatory allegations about how she got the money.”
Herman sued the Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust, which owns the home in Hobe Sound where she lived with Woods for six years while they were together. Hobe Sound, which is located on Jupiter Island, has been home to past presidents and A-listers
Herman claims she earns more than $30 million because of the home’s “substantial monthly rental value.”
Woods recently filed a motion to compel arbitration and stay the claims.
In the document, his lawyers said that after Woods ended the relationship, Herman was told she was “no longer welcome” at the property, where the golfer lives with his two children.
Woods’ lawyers argue that Herman signed a nondisclosure agreement that is included in the filing but heavily redacted. It states that any disputes should be reviewed by an independent arbitrator rather than through the courts.
The document says that when Herman lived in the house, Herman was a “guest” of Woods, pointing out that the couple never married.
Woods’ lawyers argue that he broke things off on October 13, 2022, and that her claim that she wants to live in the property “directly conflicts with the best interests of Woods and his children.”
