Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake joined forces to open a new state-of-the-art sports bar in New York City on Wednesday, complete with four golf simulators, several bowling alleys and several dart boards.
The bar – T-Square Social – will cover an entire city block in Midtown, at 42nd Street and Madison Avenue, between Bryant Park and Grand Central Station. It will open just in time for the Ryder Cup, which begins on Friday September 29.
The name of the 22,000 square foot venue is a tribute to the letter “T” in the names of the 15-time major champion and 10-time Grammy Award winner.
Woods and Timberlake decided to team up on this adventure while recently playing golf in the Bahamas, according to a press release.
“Justin and I thought it would be cool to create a place that combines our favorite things and brings people together to have a good time,” Woods said.
