‘It blew my mind because I’m working hard, but on the wrong things. It didn’t occur to me,” Hall said as he revealed that he was making the same mistake.

Explaining that she had gone to her physio for advice, Hall said she realized her ‘mommy tumor’ was ‘sitting low’ because she had been working her upper abs but neglected her lower ones.

Lifting up his shirt and using his own stomach as an example, he explained, “What’s happened is my upper abs have taken over and my lower abs aren’t on at all.”

She added: ‘But I shouldn’t get impatient, I even asked the physio about a tummy tuck! Not that I would ever do this because I have to work hard.

“But she said it wouldn’t even work, since tummy tucks focus on the separation of the abs, but on a mom, the separation of the abs isn’t the problem, it’s lower that’s the problem.”

Hall went on to say that “the mind was blown” at the realization, but that leg raises would help build lower abdominal strength.
