Tiffiny Hall proudly shows off her ‘mum bod’ and loose skin after losing 40kg following birth of second child
Tiffiny Hall opened up about the harsh realities of motherhood with two children.
The fitness guru showed off her “mom bod” in an Instagram post, encouraging women to be proud of their changing shapes post-baby.
The 39-year-old posed in a crop top and fitted cycling shorts, with her mother’s bump visible as she beamed at the camera.
“I love you Mumbod. There were so many photos I loved from this shoot, I felt so strong and empowered on the day,” she wrote.
‘But like all mothers, my belly and loose skin can look very different depending on how I stand, how I tense my muscles or how high I wear my pants.’
She continued: ‘I don’t want to hide this. It took me a long time to get to the mindset that I have now.
“And of course I still have my moments, but I can honestly say that I love my loose skin as a constant reminder and celebration of my beautiful children, where my belly was their home for a short time.”
Tiff concluded, “For all the moms out there struggling with their own bounce forward journey, remember that self-love and acceptance don’t happen overnight.

“It feels great to be here, a year later, and to have had so much fun with the love and support of my friends, family and coaches. It’s really about the journey, not the destination.’
Her approach to wellness has always been holistic and this time was no different.
Tiff explained that her achievement wasn’t due to a fad diet or strict control of her scale, but to celebrating victories that had nothing to do with her scale.
“Running my first mile, hanging out with my kids at the park, learning to squat again after my knee surgery, fitting into old jeans again,” Tiffiny explains.
She also emphasized the importance of enjoying every step taken towards a healthier self.
“Thank you for all your lovely messages of motivation and support throughout the year. It really kept me going,” she wrote, acknowledging the power of collective support in personal journeys.
Tiffiny shares daughter Vada, one, and son Arnold, six, with her comedian husband Ed Kavalee.
