According to the publication, the “decision came after prosecutors asked the court to modify Haddish's terms” following her recent arrest in Beverly Hills, California on suspicion of driving under the influence.

In their motion, prosecutors informed the court that “Haddish was arrested on November 24, 2023.”

Police found the actress asleep behind the wheel of her car in the middle of the busy Beverly Drive street while it was still moving.

Haddish allegedly “fell over the steering wheel while the car was moving,” police said TMZ.

After her latest run-in with the law, prosecutors reportedly “requested that Haddish's bond be modified to include a provision requiring Haddish not to drink and to be drug tested.”

During the hearing, the judge reportedly “granted the motion” and “ordered Haddish not to drink or use drugs, including Hem products such as CBD.”

However, the order allows her to use prescription drugs “within the therapeutic limit.”

Additionally, the site claims that it will “submit to a drug testing panel that will screen for use of common illegal drugs and will include testing for ETG and ETS, alcohol metabolites.”

DailyMail.com reached out to Haddish's representatives but did not hear back at the time of writing.

After her arrest in November, hours after her comedy show at the Laugh Factory in Long Beach on Thanksgiving, she vowed to “get help.”

While speaking about how she plans to move forward from the incident, the star shared Entertainment tonight that 'this will never happen again.'

“I'm going to get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries,” she promised.

The Girls Trip star revealed that she remains in “good spirits” following the incident and, according to the outlet, “complimented the Beverly Hills Police Department for their professionalism and the way they handled the situation.”

Her statement comes after a source close to the star told DailyMail.com that Haddish is full of 'regrets' and is keen to shut down any suggestion that she has an alcohol problem.

Haddish, who is relieved no one was hurt due to her “mistake,” is reportedly aware that the incident defines her.

“Tiffany regrets being in the news for being arrested but is grateful no one was hurt,” an insider exclusively told DailyMail.com. 'She's going to tackle it all and hire the right lawyers.

'She doesn't want this to define her or for people to think she needs help. She made a mistake, and it's not because she has an alcohol problem. It was just a bad thing that she got herself into and she is working on getting out of it.”

The insider added: 'She's looking forward to getting back to work and entering the new year with the prospect of finding new love and new film and TV opportunities.'

Beverly Hills Police Department officers received a call at 5:45 a.m. about a person “slumped over the steering wheel while the car was moving,” police said. TMZ.

In a video obtained by the outlet, the actress and comedian is seen with her hands cuffed behind her back as she is escorted to a patrol car. The arrest was said to have been 'peaceful' and there was no resistance.

It came hours after she performed a stand-up set at The Laugh Factory on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood for the club's 43rd annual free Thanksgiving party for the community.

The Laugh Factory is about a 15-minute drive from Beverly Hills.

She acknowledged the incident 24 hours later during another set at the Laugh Factory.

In response to an audience member who asked “what happened,” she joked, “I prayed to God to send me a man with a job. A carreer. Preferably in uniform. God has answered my prayers.”

In January 2022, she was arrested for drunk driving under similar circumstances in Peachtree City, Georgia – and made a similar joke while discussing the incident with Jimmy Fallon.

The Night School actress was found 'dozing in the driver's seat' of her car at the time, according to TMZ.

Officers told the site they believed she had smoked marijuana.

Soon after, her mugshot was released, showing the star smiling and without makeup.

Days later, she addressed the arrest during an appearance on The Tonight Show, telling host Fallon, “I can say this, Jimmy… I prayed for God to send me a new man. A good man. And God went ahead and sent me four. In uniform.'
