Tiffany Haddish CHARGED for second DUI arrest in two years – after star was found asleep behind the wheel in the middle of the street
Tiffany Haddish has been charged in her latest DUI arrest — three weeks after she was found asleep behind the wheel of her car in Beverly Hills.
The 44-year-old actress' case was investigated by the LA District Attorney's Office – who have now decided to charge her with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a BAC of 0.08%, reports TMZ.
Responding officers reportedly discovered Haddish asleep behind the wheel of her running car in the middle of busy Beverly Drive on November 24.
This is a second DUI arrest for the star, who was previously found sleeping in her car in Georgia in January 2022.

This comes after reports that Haddish will reportedly have to stop drinking and undergo random drug tests after being arrested for her second DUI.
In documents obtained by RadarOnline.comThe star was reportedly ordered by a judge in Georgia last week to abstain from alcohol and consuming illegal drugs.
According to the publication, the “decision came after prosecutors asked the court to modify Haddish's terms” following her recent arrest in Beverly Hills, California on suspicion of driving under the influence.
In their motion, prosecutors informed the court that “Haddish was arrested on November 24, 2023.”
Police found the actress asleep behind the wheel of her car in the middle of the busy Beverly Drive street while it was still moving.
Haddish allegedly “fell over the steering wheel while the car was moving,” police said TMZ.
After her latest run-in with the law, prosecutors reportedly “requested that Haddish's bond be modified to include a provision requiring Haddish not to drink and to be drug tested.”
During the hearing, the judge reportedly “granted the motion” and “ordered Haddish not to drink or use drugs, including Hem products such as CBD.”
However, the order allows her to use prescription drugs “within the therapeutic limit.”
Additionally, the site claims that it will “submit to a drug testing panel that will screen for use of common illegal drugs and will include testing for ETG and ETS, alcohol metabolites.”
DailyMail.com has reached out to Haddish's representatives but has not heard back at the time of writing.
